How to Resize and Convert Images

1. Upload your images by dragging and dropping or clicking to browse. All major formats are supported: PNG, JPG, WEBP, and AVIF.

2. Enter your target pixel dimensions. Enable Lock Aspect Ratio to automatically scale the height when you change the width. Select your output format and quality level.

3. Download your resized image or all images as a ZIP. Every step happens locally in your browser. Your original files never leave your device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which image format should I choose?
For web design and fast loading speeds, WebP is the modern standard. Choose JPEG for standard photographs, and PNG only when you need a transparent background. Note that PNGs typically have larger file sizes than WebP at equivalent quality.
Are my uploaded images private?
Yes. This tool operates entirely on the client side. Your photos are never uploaded, stored, or processed on our servers. Everything happens in your browser using the Canvas API. We have no access to your files.
What does Lock Aspect Ratio do?
When enabled, changing the width automatically adjusts the height to match the original proportions. This prevents your photo from looking stretched or squished. Disable it only if you need to force images to exact non-proportional dimensions.
Is this tool really free with no ads?
Yes. As an IT solutions company, our revenue comes from enterprise client work, not from advertising on free tools. Because this tool runs entirely in your browser, we pay nothing in server costs when you use it. We provide it as a free utility for the community.
Does resizing reduce image quality?
Making an image smaller generally preserves its crispness. Enlarging an image past its original dimensions will cause pixelation. We recommend only scaling down for the best results. Use the quality slider to fine-tune the output balance between file size and visual fidelity.
